Install Diya, log in and use digital documents, share their copies and get government services in a few clicks.
Digital documents in Diya will appear automatically after authorization, provided that the data is in the registers. They will have the same force as paper and plastic originals, and no one will have the right to demand a physical counterpart if you show the document in Diya.
In Diya, you and your children have a COVID vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate and a negative PCR test. Request a certificate and it will be pulled in a few seconds.
The application can be used by citizens of Ukraine and foreigners with a residence permit.
The action is convenient, inconspicuous, humane.

It does fine with the easy stuff. Documents (drivers lisc, vehicle reg) have disappeared and I can't get them back. It gives my place of registration but then denies services because it says I've no place of registration. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with. Ticket for requested fix submitted in May 2024 still not addressed. A nightmare.

Verification services doesn't work 99% of time. It doesn't read the data from NFC chip in the passport, despite the phone indicates chip's presence with the sound & the chip is definitely intact. Face identification also works with significant flaws or sometimes doesn't work at all despite proper light, pose or focus of the camera. Junk application without ability to be properly used.

Шкода, що у вас склалося таке враження😔Система автоматично порівнює контури та риси обличчя з фото у біометричному документі. Якщо є відмінності або умови не дотримані, перевірка не проходить. Це зроблено, щоб ніхто сторонній не міг авторизуватися замість вас.
